Rākau Vitality Studio is a boutique health studio providing bespoke gentle chiropractic care and Māori body-work for holistic health. Our studio is dedicated to promoting overall community wellness and vitality through traditional healing practices and gentle scientific chiropractic techniques.
We are passionate about providing personalised care to each of our patients. Whether your goal is family wellness, relieving symptoms or pain, or enhancing your performance on the field or stage, we love to support you to do what you love.

Doctor Alyshia Ripia (Dr L)
BChiro, Dip AppSci, Māori Body-Practitioner
Doctor Alyshia Ripia, also known as Dr L to her patient's, graduated from the prestigious New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2017. She has experience in a variety of diverse cases, working with people with disabilities, pain and accident rehabilitation, family wellness and performance of athletes, stage performers, dancers and musicians. Due to her Māori heritage and having a mum in the mental health industry she has alway been fascinated with holistic (hauora) health and the nerve system's relationship to mental and emotional health.
She has taken time to expand her knowledge in various chiropractic techniques and Māori body-work to provide an integrative approach using scientific and indigenous methods to address community health.
The Studio
Located in the serene environment of Milldale, North Shore Auckland. Our boutique studio aims to provide a tranquil space for healing and rejuvenation, creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere where our clients can experience the benefits of our holistic services. We are passionate about servicing the community and the surrounding areas of Dairy flat, Millwater, Wainui, Waitoki, Orewa and Silverdale.
